We make every reasonable effort to display the colors, fabrics, embroidery, and details of our ethnic wear collections as accurately as possible. However:

• Color Variations: Actual product colors may slightly vary due to photographic lighting, professional studio setups, screen resolutions, or individual monitor settings.
• Handicraft & Embroidery: Subtle variations in weaves, motifs, thread work, or prints are natural characteristics of authentic ethnic craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

B. Pricing & Availability

• All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated during checkout.
• Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if an item is listed at an incorrect price or stock status due to typographical or technical errors.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT

• Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation via email/SMS. This acknowledges receipt of your request but does not signify final order acceptance.
• Payment Gateways: We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Digital Wallets through secure payment partners.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): If COD is offered, availability is strictly subject to pin-code serviceability by our logistics service providers.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat.
